If the boyfriend never legally established his paternal
rights to the children under the laws of his state (i.e.
signed the birth certificates), he has NO rights whatsoever
until a court says he's biodad & grants him rights.

If biodad never legally stablished his paternal rights, his
parents certainly have no rights, because their rights, and
I assert they have none, are derivative of his. Simply put,
if he's not daddy, they can't be the grandparents.

Tell your sister to stop listening to their trash talk &
their ridiculuous threats; it's all flush material. She is
under no legal obligation whatsoever to ever talk to such
    people. Ever!
