My daughter has an open CHINS case now and she got to choose who
took her daughter in (she too did not want me haveing her or me
talking to anyone) but they had to have a back ground check done
and a home study and the Judge has to aprove. Someone reported me
to CPS saying I was letting my children visit my daughter
unsupervised and that due to my daughter's past and current
involment with CPS, If I did this I was myself neglecting my kids
by putting them in danger. The hotline is the place to call and
report your concerns or she can wait until court and talk to the
