Hello. I have a question, if there is a condition that was
agreed to before we both signed, and the attorney says I
can't get it until our divorce is final, he said it was
NYS law.
When asked why he didn't let my ex. know, he said he
didn't know.
Does this in any way make him liable? can I go back on the
agreement?
Please tell me if there is anything I can do.
Both of them knew that was the main reason I signed.
Can I sue him for it?
