criminal or health-and-welfare laws: It's allowed.

Your chances are: 50/50.

fwiw: Your post looks all too familiar. In fact, it looks
so similar to about a dozen from Westmoreland Co that have
been posted here for the last 3 years.

Here's what you do: Get a lawyer. Like you've been told at
least a dozen times.
