Post: Not his child

We live in Louisiana and I have a grandosn that is 2 years
old and my daughters boyfriend at the time of his birth
signed to birth cert. thinking that he was the father.
They are no longer together. A DNA test was done & showed
proof that he is not the father and the courts say that he
is still liabale to pay child support.

If she files for child support can he get visitation
rights even though he is not the bio father?

I'm sure he can I just wanted to hear it from the legal
area.
