Re: Child support issue

Had hearing, red's notification that there was no basis for review / Child Support at this time and that our request was being rejected. Mind you that the Father did not produce the relevant financial information as ordered by the FOC, nor was he ever show caused for not doing so. Furthermore he (father) makes a stated 30k more per year than I. According to our states child support formula the father is required to pay a min of $315.00 per month. So this begs the question, what is one to do when even the Court system clearly fails to uphold its responsibility, and laws?? I welcome any suggestions / comments as to this ordeal.
