    Had hearing, red's notification that there was no basis for
    review / Child Support at this time and that our request was
    being rejected. Mind you that the Father did not produce the
    relevant financial information as ordered by the FOC, nor was he
    ever show caused for not doing so. Furthermore he (father)
    makes a stated 30k more per year than I. According to our states
    child support formula the father is required to pay a min of
    $315.00 per month. So this begs the question, what is one to do
    when even the Court system clearly fails to uphold its
    responsibility, and laws??

    I welcome any suggestions / comments as to this ordeal.
