I am attending medical school overseas. My "wife" filed a
divorce petition with the court and "served" me by having
her attorney mail a letter first class to Grenada. This
letter is stamped that it was missent to Japan. I
received it on the same day that I received a motion for
default judgment that had been filed approximately one
month later. I received it on the day the default was
set. My wife set the default date during finals week at
my medical school. I had absolutly no idea of the initial
filing or or of the motion for default. I even talked to
my wife on a regular basis in the weeks before the default
date and she never once mentioned any of it. I lost all
custody of my near 2 year old son according to the default.

My wife is an attorney licensed in IL and her family law
attorney is also licensed in IL. She has had sexual
relations with this attorney to top it all off!
