Post: Boyfriend's ex suing for massive child support

Hey. The issue here is that my boyfriend currently is being
brought to court on the 8th of july.. well, his ex
currently resides with her mother, has no employment, and
has been in and out of detox. We want to counter sue for
full/half custody but I'm unsure as to how! Can someone
please please help very quickly. Thank you
