If he has not legally established his paternal rights to you
child under the laws of his state, then he has NO rights
whatsoever to your hcild and you may leave with YOUR child
and go wherever you want and whenever you want (provided, of
course, there is no other type of court order in place that
prohibits you from leaving your county/state).
