Post: CT Alimony: Does living apart prevent award of alimony?

Posted by Tiffany on 8/12/08

Are there any legal obstacles in getting alimony for a
spouse who has been married over ten years, never been
legally separated, but lived apart from the other spouse
for the past seven years. One spouse makes significantly
more then the other spouse and has contributed off and on
to the other spouses household expenses.
