    You used the correct pronoun this time--"they"--as in the plural
    he and she. Unless there is some legitimate reason for him to
    be talking to her (e.g., kids, visitation, etc.), then it is as
    much his doing as hers. And why did you jump into this mess
    before they had finished it between themselves?
