Post: civil case from exhusband four years after divorce

i just got a notice that my exhusband is suing me for
marital property damage and removal of marital property. the
thing is we've been legally divorced since January 2005 and
legally separated in 2004. will this matter have anything
come from it or will it be dismissed where he waited so
long? the only marital property i took was the financed
furniture that i was still paying on and the only damage was
a small hole in the bathroom wall that resulted in loss of
temper and me getting a restraining order. coincidently i
just took him to child support court for a raise and was
awarded not two weeks ago. will this have any bearing on the
judge since we will be appearing before the same judge and
my ex husband was none to friendly to him during the
childsupport hearing?
