Post: Wife took my 5 year old daughter out of state with

Well my wife and I separated about a week ago. we are not
divorced and we are not legally separated we are indeed
still married but she moved to Florida with my 5 year old
daughter without my approval consent nor knowledge. is there
something I can do? is that kidnapping? i am in new york state.
