Post: Elder Abuse

I was just told that a man I knew for years is being
abused. Dave is an American Indian in his mid/late 70's.
His wife died years ago and his grandkids have taken over
his house and money.A mutual friend tried to help but was
threatened with his life. What can be done(where NO ONE
can find out who turned them in)?
