    Post: visiations are unsafe

    Posted by stace1319 on 9/29/08

My ex was ordered a phase in visitation since he hadn't
seen her since she was 2 months old.. he didn;t see her
again untill the DNA test came back and she was 14 months
old. He stated that he will sign over his rights but only
through a court because he keeps stating that he doesn;t
trust lawyers. Is there anyway we can do this through a
court? He has told me many things that he has done that
makes me very uneasy about letting my daughter around him.
He is a drug addict and he been accused of child
mullestation, but he said it was never proven.. I didn't
know all this untill the end of the relationship. I broke
it off for the safety of my daughter. Since his supervised
visits, he has brought friends with him, the last time he
met with 5 guys outside then and stared at my car untill
my mother picked her up and brought her in.( he stalked me
for months after i broke up with him and has made
statements that makes me wonder if he still is) Then he
went in with 2 men. He has also brought a gun with him on
one visit and had it in the front seat of his car. He is
supposed to be able to take her to his home alone next
month and I just can't do that. I'm fear for the safety of
my daughter. Nobody is even confortable taking her down
there anymore. What can I do? I need help asap! Also.. If
I have to get proof on all the things he states he has
done, how can I do that without paying alot of money on a
background check? Is there any way I can see public
records without paying money for them?
