I am the NCP and pay child support since the final orders
(june 2008) My employer came to me yesterday and told me
because I am not in the same position as I was before my
motorcycle accident (after being in this new position for a
year and getting paid my regular wage) they are cutting my
hourly wage by $3 as of December 1st. This will be a 23%
wage decrease. What do I need to do to get my child support
reduced? My X will be then making approx. $5000 more than me
a year and I am covering our sons medical insurance.
