    Only a court can "give" you legal custody of your grandchild.
    If this were to happen, the biomom's & biodad's parental
    rights are suspended. Biomom & biodad would have no say so
    whatsoever regarding the child. The legal guardians have
    the legal rights the Court grants to them in the legal
    document.
