My friends wife cheated on him with an old boyfriend, and
he forgave her. He is trying to "work it out". She, on
the other hand, plays along with the working it out thing
while stashing money away and is planning on moving out
while he is at work and taking their children across a
couple different state lines to live with her and the
boyfriend. What rights does he have to keep the children
in the same state as him and in his custody? The state
they currently live in is north carolina.
