If he has legally established his paternal rights to the
child, he has the right to ask the court for joint legal
and/or physical custody. If he has legally established his
paternal rights and there is a court order to that effect,
then, generally, custody and/or ovisitation is addressed in
the court order when the finding of paternity was made.
If he wants to live in fear of the future or what a court
might order, then he should do nothing and just sit in the
corner and shake. Many fearful people find that helpful.
