Post: child custody

me and my husband are getting a divorce on his wishes we
are currently separated he left me jobless and drained our
bank account so my parents are moving me to alabama to
live with family. My husband signed a paper saying he
granted me custody and I could take my son out of the
state and we had it notarized.. I am also pregnant. Are
there any other laws to prevent me from moving with my
child out of texas where my husband lives
