My cousin and my ex inlaws called child protective
services on me.....with numerous and I mean numerous false
allegations, i mean there is allegations every other day.
Because me and my ex boyfriend broke up and we had some
words and where they keep calling in reports on him, the
social worker has came to me and told me no men are to be
in my home. My boyfriend is a parent of 13 years, has
been a very good parent, has no background and has been
there for me and my children taking care of us and loving
us like no man has ever. I love him and I know I can
raise my children up the right way with his help and
love. Can social services tell you who is allowed in the
home when there is nothing pending on his record and has a
clean back ground, they are trying to control my life and
both us are innocent. We are planning to get
married...what would happen if we went ahead and got
married as scheduled. What could they do? I love this man
and he is good to me and my children and we need him. My
six year old son who is a pathological liar and tells lies
all the time isn't helping this matter. What do we do?
What are my rights.
