They are possibly suspending the order. The defendant "can't pay child support using the states money." It is going a little higher up to be decided on. Defendant is also trying to get credit for time incarcerated but that is not so much my concern. Is there any specefic defense that could be used to try and stop the suspension? Thanks again.
