it's pretty damn obvious she wants advise about how to get
emancipated, duh.
each state is probably different. but some basics about
emancipation; usually you have to demonstrate or convince a
judge that you have the ability to take care of yourself, and
keep your life in order without your parents living with you.
you should have good reasons for wanting emancipation. you
should probably have a lot of good stuff all realistically and
fully planned out like how you intend to care for your child, an
income, a place to live, some school plans, etc.
Do you want to set up housekeeping with the baby's father?
Has there been some kind of abuse in the family home, that you
want to escape from?
you have to have everything well under control and show that you
are responsible. If I were you, I would start talking to all
your people involved in providing services, etc so that you will
have factual planning in place. You might want to seek some free
services, like counseling if you have not done so already.
