Follow your lawyer's advice for which you pay him/her good $$$ to advise you. If you don't trust your lawyer, then get another one. But for heaven's sake, why would you go opinion shopping on an internet site after you've already paid for legal advice. Do you go to the doctor, get a diagnosisand then shop the internet for another medical opinion? I certainly hope not!
