    To clarify:
    The State will help you process your application for child
    support & the Stae will seek an order of paternity once you
    tell the State who is biodad. I did not mean to imply that
    your simply naming him means it's automatic that he's
    biodaddy. It's not. It takes a court order using this
    procedure.
