Hi I hope someone can give me answers to my questions
before going any further. Im a single mom of a 20 months
little guy. Hes dad doesnt support him at all. I would say
that he gets him some stuff every 6-8 months. Does he has
the right to see him every time and whenever he feels like
not letting me know in advance Is it recommended to wake
up a baby from his nap so his dad can come pick him up and
take him for a ride? He thinks that I am taking away his
son but im just trying to be a good mom and protect my
child in any ways without being selfish. Im not trying to
take away his fathers rights i just want to know what his
rights really are. Thanks
