He is obligated to to pay child support even if there's not a court order? He's not helping me at all. He doesnt care too much for my little one. He sais he was stopping by for xmas day and he diidnt showed up,not even a phone call to ask about his son. To be honest i dont trust him very much when he comes and pick up my son.Last time he had him he brought him back with all his clothes soaked,my little guy was in his car seat with a cup full of ice while his dad was on his way to bring him back home.
