Post: court order

What consequences might a person expect if they willfully
ignore a court order.
My ex-sister-in-law was ordered to return my nephew to his
father in late December.
She took the child to arkansas, his father is in georgia.
When presented with the order and confirmation from the
judge she refused to comply.
What should happen now?
