My ex-wife and I have 2 little girls. I have had a real
hear time getting to see them because she makes it so
difficult. I am only allowed to see them at her house and
on her terms (this is not court ordered arrangement, its
just the only way I get to see them.) This would not
typically be an issue except I live in Texas and she in
Louisiana. Last year I lost my job and got almost 4k
behind. I have since become employed and am making up the
arrears. The problem is when the money quit coming she
stopped answering my calls and I have no clue how to get
it touch with her. It has been nearly a year since I have
seen my daughters and I dont know who to turn to to
establish my rights to see them on a regular visitation
schedule. It's extremely hard as I currently make enough
to pay my bills and child support. Not to mention the
cross state lines thing. Any help is most aprreciated.
