I am a single mother, im only 18, and unfortunatley I
already establised the father legally. I now think he is
unable to take care of her due to his personal problems,
and he is mentally unstable. But we are living with his
parents and they take amazing care of her and love her
dearly. I dont want to take her away for them, just him,
and I dont know how to go about that. Also, I am on
maternity leave so have no job and no place to stay after I
leave him so I dont know how it will favor me. I dont know
how pennsylvania laws are with mothers. I really need
advice on what to do, Im honestly scared for the well being
of me and my daughter.
