Well Curmudgeon I don;t know what lie you think was told.
Let me share a little experience in this matter with you!! In
the first matter where the child was not mine, the state started
saying I was to pay $250 dollars a month. I did not become aware
of this until DMV contacted me stating my CDL would be
suspended! mind you this was 3 years after she had filled! She
did not apply for welfare or any other benefits and never
recieved a PENNY from the state!! but the state put it on my
credit report and suspended my CDL!! When i went to court they
tried to lable me as default dad even though i was NOT bio dad!!
The mother and i never lived together and i had no idea she had
a baby.
So what gives the state the right to attempt to ruin my
lively hood, on just the word of a woman when they aren't
shelling out a PENNY to her?
