Hi. I have a divorce ('97) that states I was awarded the
house and all debt tied to it. Both names are on mortgage. I
have defaulted, and now the house has foreclosed. Ex is
suing for enforcement of divorce (claiming I have ruined her
credit, and wants $ each month to offset). What is best step
to take?
