My son in law kicked my daughter out of the house. She
took her year old son with her. She came to Arkansas to
visit while they straightened every thing out. She told
him she was coming. Within a week of her being here, he
sent a picture of a court document, an ex parte child
custody order. The court date is 28 Nov 11 and she has
not been served anything. She contacted the court today
and they told her the court date was still the 28th of Nov
but since she had not been served she did not need to show
up. Is it possible for him to say she has been served
knowing full well she has not? What will happen if they
believe she is a no show?
