Long story short my daughters biological father moved to
montanta without telling us. Christmas day this year will
be the six month time frame that is considered abandonment.
However before that he was inconsistent for two then six
weeks of not talking to her. Can that be considered
abandonment as well? Not to mention he is an ex heroine
user and still on methadone. Can I file now?
