Post: H-1B application

I am working as a contractor in a small company. My
company usually have 3 - 4 contractors. The company is in
this business for more than 2 years but newer had a full
time employee. I have 1094 not W-2. I got a masters degree
from american university and on F-1 (opt) right now. Can
they apply for H-1b?
