Post: Will I Be Arested For Trying To Fly Home?

I am from england and i met a guy online 2 years ago and
moved to the US to be with him.. we decided to stay
together and his mom told us if we got married we cud then
get a marriage visa for me.. being 19 at the time we
listened.. then came to find out it costs alot of money we
were never going to have.. in the two years i have been
here i have just has a baby she is 3 months old.. me and
my husband no longer want to be togther and i want to fly
home.. trouble is im scared they will arest me at the
airport when i try to leave and ill have my daughter with
me.. does anyone know if i will just be able to fly home?
or will they take me to jail.. i cant be here anymore i
want my family please help me
