    Hi Miguel,
    First contact your employers and ask them if its
    ok if you start the process on your own.If they agree,you
    then ask them for a letter stating that you have been
    working for the company for x amount of years.You then need
    to gather all the necessary paper work( W2s,bills,letter
    from employer)Then find your self a very good immigration
    lawyer.After all your paper work is processed,you will
    receive a temporary green card in a couple months.You will
    receive your permanent green card in the next 2 years.
