Post: divorce/illigal immigrant

My wife and I are separated. She has been showing up at
work my place with our kids. She repeatedly hits me and
threates me in front of them and other employees. She
makes our 4 and 6 year old ask or tell things like 'why I
abandoned them', 'if I'm seeing someone', 'if I hate them'
etc. She's been physically abusive all 10 years of our
marriage. I'm afraid she that she'll do something to our
kids or to me or to herself. I want to get a restraning
order but she is an illigal immigrant. Could restraining
order result in deportation. My kids are with her and I'm
afraid of what she might do to them. I'm a resident in New
Jersey.
