1. Your wife could file a divorce at home (Ex Parte),
based on the petitioner''s physical presence in the foreign
nation, with notice or constructive service given to your
absent (defendant). Remember to get a original certificate
of the divorce cert...
2. Contact the office of your state Attorney General in
the state you’re currently domicile and seek advise may be
they will provide such assistance to this matter.
3. Upon receiving the divorce Cert. then you have to
report it to the imm.
