Post: Question of Immigration form – I-131

My I-485 was filed on Aug 15 2007 and is still pending
with USICS. I have receipt confirming the date and showing
an amount of $395 paid to USCIS. An original I-131 was
filed along with the I-485 and was approved.

Since then I had to extend my I-131 once before ( company
did it then). Now I need to extend it again.

The instructions for I-131 says "if you have filed Form I-
485 on or after July 30 2007 and you paid the I-485
application fee required, then no fee is required to file
a request for Advance Parole" (page 8 )

Does this apply to me? or do I have to pay the $305 filing
fee ?
