Your’s friend could be deported in literally hours if his name appears on the computer or after his court case. However, no matter if he has citizen family, decades of residency, or property. Absconders often do not know they fall into the category, or how it is different from being plain undocumented. The Absconder Apprehension Initiative may be the first time in US history that a half million people are fugitives without knowing it. It is depend how they look at it, but accidental or negligent conduct are not crimes of violence for immigration purposes and therefore cannot be aggravated felonies (Leocal v. Ashcroft- Supreme Court Decision). Thanks On 10/23/09, jessie wrote: > a good friend of min is an illegal immigrant from Argentina. > He was recently pulled over in the state of CA.
