Post: I-130 for my brother through a I-130 petition for my parents

I am a US citizen, I am applying for my parents through an
I-130. The problem is I have a brother who is 16 and one
that is 21 who live with my parents overseas. I want to
apply for them also, but I heard it takes longer to get a
I-130 approval for my brothers then my parents, but I do not
want my brothers to be left behind. Can I apply for my
parents through their I-130s and make I-130s for my brothers
and get them all here at the same time.
