If you filed your green card case already (as you said that
you have an employment card) then you can simply request a
reschefuling of your marriage case interview by sending a
letter to the address indicated on the USCIS notice and
attach proof of his incarceration. They will reschedule the
interview for you.
If your employment card is based on your mom's case, then
you can either extend the permission to be here or fight to
get your husband out of jail. The fact that you are grand-
fathered under section 245(i) is HUGE - so probably can
extend through mom's case if hubby cannot get out of jail to
file paperwork for you.
