Does ownership of a house in the States make any difference
in obtaining consecutive visas, for example 6 month visa,
say 30-45 days back in Canada, and then back in US for
another 6 months. They don't necessarily want to pursue a
green card, just want to legally extend the time they spend
in the southern (warmer climate) US.
