    What do you mean you're afraid that you'll have problems
    once the three years pass? In what capacity? WIth his
    immigration documentation, or with the finances required to
    continue coming back to the US? Are you saying that you are
    currently living overseas? I'm still a little unclear on
    what the actual problem is.
