1. Who is your primary sponsor for HIB?
2. How many years your wife received for HIB visa?
3. Where is your country of origin?
4. Have you work with immigration lawyer for your I-40s visa
If the answer to question 1 is your employer you need to
talk to them.
If the answer to question 2 is 3 years you still can get
extension for extra years through your employer. However,
seek advise from your lawyer who file your 1-40s or HR
department at your current employer.
If you're coming from China, India, etc the processing for
green card take years compare to people comes from Holland,
German, France etc.
