I have read on one of the websites that its difficult to get
H1B approval if we only have Associate degree in nursing(2
year) and not the Bachelors degree(4 year) in Nursing. Can
you please guide me what is the possibility in my case to
get H1B approval considering the fact that I have Associate
degree (2 year degree) in nursing from American school and
also Bachelors in Commerce ( 3 year degree ) from India.
Also, I am on H4 VISA right now because my wife holds H1B
VISA in Computers.
