What happens if I change my status to J 1 but I did not
get it approved (USCIS) in time to start a new program of
study?
I am currently on F 1 visa, Can I go back to my original
F1 visa? (since my new, but late-come J1 will be of no use
because the program will have already started), will I be
out of status while I change this visa status back to F 1
from my "unused" J 1 status?
