Hi,

Is there anyone out there that can help me with my
situation? My friend married a guy that is not a citizen.
He is here in the US working with a student Visa, which I
have understood is illegal. Now she has married him, they
submitted there papers for citizenship and were denied
because of an income factor and he needs a sponsor. His
family won't do it and she has asked that I do it, is there
something I should be worried about? Should I not help her
with this, everyone says no. I don't have money to consult
with a lawyer right now and she needs this done ASAP.
HELP!!!
