Post: removal procedure and new marriage

My wife has screwed me during the I-130 petition process.
long story short, the judge ordered my removal and I
basically appealed to BIA the I-130 and also the I-485.
Now the BIA denied the I-130 denied ny appeal. the I-485
appeal is still pending.

*My question is can I still mary someone else and file a
new I-130. Does this have a chance.

*My second question is if the amnesty passes next year and
I am still here would that apply to me.
